  • Rosehips, or rose haws, are the fruit of wild roses, also known as the "dog rose". They are often added to herbal tea blends. For tea: pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of rosehips. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
