- This mix is not for anyone that doesn't like onions! To make onion soup: Stir 2 tsp mix into one cup boiling water, let sit 2-3 minutes. To make onion dip: Combine 1 3/4 tablespoons mix with 2 cups sour cream or yogurt. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
