More robust than the familiar yellow mustard seed, our Brown Mustard Seed can be similarly used to flavor condiments, relishes, and pickles as well as to enliven everything from soups to casseroles. Its sharp aroma and fresh pungency adds spicy, peppery flavor in condiments and other fare. Brown mustard seed works well in combination with other strong spices like chili and black pepper.
