  • Smoked salt, coarse black pepper, fennel, and just a hint of cocoa.

  • Take 1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into bite sized pieces. Spear each piece with a toothpick and dip in Abiliene Depot blend. Serve on a platter or on a wood grilling plank.
